Meilisearch: Nearly doubled traffic, 6x blog growth

Meilisearch is an open-source search engine with strong word-of-mouth growth but no structured marketing engine. Over ~18 months as Head of Growth, I laid the infrastructure for growth – strategy, analytics, and conversion tracking – then built an SEO-led content program that nearly doubled overall traffic and grew the blog 6x, while pioneering an LLM-aware content strategy that turned ChatGPT into a top source of qualified pipeline.
